By using this website or renting a dumpster from Asheville Dumpster Rentals, you agree to the following terms:
Service Agreement
All dumpster rentals are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon before delivery. Additional charges may apply for:
- Overweight loads
- Prohibited materials
- Extended rental periods
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed:
- Hazardous waste
- Chemicals
- Paint
- Tires
- Batteries
- Asbestos
- Flammable liquids
Placement
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and legal placement of the dumpster. Permits may be required for street placement.
Liability
Asheville Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for damage caused by improper loading or overfilling of the dumpster.
We reserve the right to refuse service if terms are violated.
